Job Responsibilities:Act as a coordinator for the marketing team by receiving tasks, distributing tasks to relevant colleagues, and following up on task completion status.
Deal with external suppliers and marketing/advertisement agencies.
Control and track the marketing budget and expenses to ensure we do not overspend.
Coordinate office sampling activities.
Book local exhibitions and consumer fairs.
Lead and coordinate local exhibitions with the marketing team.
Lead and coordinate local consumer fairs with the marketing and sales team.
Check and verify claims from marketing staff.
Coordinate monthly marketing meetings, follow up, and monitor task completion status.
EXPORT Responsibilities:Book exhibitions.
Arrange and coordinate the design and construction of the booth, rent furniture, and sufficient power socket points.
Arrange sample stocks and equipment for the exhibition.
Coordinate and follow up with any potential distributors.
Prepare and send samples to potential distributors.
Liaise with MATRADE or FMM for any grants or claim backs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
