Painting Assistant Manager

Position Title : Painting Assistant Manager Industry : Automotive Parts Manufacturer Location: Seremban Salary Range: Up to RM7500 Responsibilities: Supervise all activity in Painting Department Review progress update of all activity in Painting Department Plan and establish for painting quality assurance system Carry out risk evaluation and planning for improvements Propose plans that are based on New Model development Check and verify new model trial result data before evaluation Issue job policies and instructions to others Plan and exercise in accordance with policies and instructions Planning & implementing of long term business plan Able to study & implement plant operations incorporating safety standards Originate & implementation of new product with a good control of production efficiency & QCD Balance Evaluate and approve all aspect include manpower, material, method, machine in Painting Department Decision making and approval regarding profitability in capital investment (Process Equipment) Monitor all activity regarding risk management Job Requirements: At least 5 years of related working experience in Industrial painting or Automotive painting industry Leadership & ability to lead and direct the team Solid experiences in end-to-end operations in painting department Excellent verbal and written languages in English & Bahasa Malaysia Excellent stakeholder management ability Able to work in Seremban Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,600.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
