ResponsibilitiesUnderstand business needs and provide expert advice, services and solutions on Payroll, HR data, systems and processes.
Provide expert consultation in payroll and HR data practices by staying abreast of current and emerging market insights and legal legislations in local countries.
Drive process improvements, automation, and digitalization measures to offer best service delivery experience.
Ensure payroll and statutory reporting and payments are processed with high accuracy and timeliness according to our SLAs and local legal requirements.
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key ActivitiesEnsure data quality and data integrity for Payroll and HR data maintenance processes.
Manage full payroll portfolio (either in-house or via vendors) accurately, timely and in compliance with statutory requirements, business policies and company guidelines.
Responsible for payroll issues resolutions, data analysis, payroll accounting activities, payroll taxation and legislation administration.
Provide solutions to manage time and attendance processes for office and production workers, including the maintenance of time system configurations, time settings such as public holiday calendar maintenance, work schedules arrangements, time calculation rules etc.
Provide actual payroll and compensation data based on SAPHR to the Compensation & Benefits and Mobility teams in support of the salary review management.
Develop expertise in International labor and social standards and support relevant internal/external audit analysis.
Responsible for vendor management for Payroll, including service provider scouting, selection, negotiation, contract management, onboarding, performance monitoring and vendor invoice processing.
Accountable to ensure finance processes with relevance to payroll is followed through with high accuracy and timeliness.
Job RequirementsRelevant tertiary qualifications: Degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Commerce, Business Administration and Finance.
Minimum 3 years of related HR working experiences in Payroll and HR Operations.
Experience in relevant payroll procedures, practices and country statutory.
Working knowledge of integrated payroll systems, preferably on SAP.
