AccountabilityLead, manage, and coach a team of paid ads specialists, SEO specialists, writers, designers, and developers to achieve clients' marketing goals.
Design and optimize lead generation funnels on various marketing platforms to help clients achieve their marketing goals.
Work with specialists to maintain, audit, and oversee 70 marketing accounts from SEO to Meta Ads to Google Ads, with a growth of 20 accounts per year.
Meet department-wide performance benchmarks on click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates (CVR) for all SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads campaigns.
Meet clients' cost per lead (CPL) KPIs, Marketing ROI/ROAS and strategize with the customer-facing team on reporting and next steps.
Build processes and standards that continually improve campaign lead outcomes, marketing quality, as well as timeliness.
Personal RequirementsHave a proven track record of getting leads for over 20 different industries.

Minimum 7 years of experience in generating leads for businesses and clients.
Minimum 3 years of experience in building or managing a team.
Having agency experience would be an advantage.
Proficient in skills such as PPC, organic search, social media advertising, email marketing, and direct message marketing.
Proficient in tools such as Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, etc.
Strong people skills to work with cross-functional teams to help achieve common goals.
