Report to Managing Director, to provide secretarial support including organizing and preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, handling correspondences, drafting emails, and maintaining the filling system.Organize and manage Director's calendar and appointments.Arrange and coordinate internal and external business meetings and social events.Assist in Director corporate, business, and investment-related activities, tasks, and project which include record-keeping, liaison, coordination, scheduling, monitoring projects, research, and analysis.Be prepared for fieldwork, overtime, and flexible working hours may be required.Any ad-hoc as required.REQUIREMENTSMinimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sizable companiesFluent in Chinese/Mandarin as need to liaise with HK teamExcellent command of spoken and written Mandarin and EnglishWell-versed in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Fit and proper handling of confidential information is a mustGood planning, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work and be highly organized under pressure & able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.Independent, meticulous and be self-initiated.How do your skills match this job?
