Role Summary:
Join Duo Estate Management as a Personal Assistant, supporting senior leadership with daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:Manage schedules, travel, and meetings
Handle emails, letters, and reports
Prepare presentations and documents
Conduct research for decision-making
Act as the main contact for stakeholders
Collaborate with the team for company success
Requirements:Experienced in a similar role (PA/EA)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication in English and Malay
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented and adaptable
