Job Description:

UMW Holdings Berhad is seeking a part-time Personal Assistant to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As a Personal Assistant at UMW Holdings Berhad, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior executives and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events.
3. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
4. Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
5. Handle confidential information with discretion.
6. Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
7. Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.
8. Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
3. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
6. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
7. Presentation and persuasion skills.
8. Independent and adaptable personality traits.
