About the roleWe are seeking a highly organised and efficient Personal Assistant to join our team at Hong Leong Assurance Berhad in Selangor.
This full-time position will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to our senior leadership, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
Manage complex calendars and schedules, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
Prepare comprehensive briefing materials, reports and presentations.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the leadership team.
Provide general administrative support, including document management and file organisation, sort emails, distribute and follow-up emails, organise meetings and prepare agenda.
What we're looking for
Extensive experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally within a professional services or financial services environment.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with a keen eye for detail.
