ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOrganizing calendar and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events;
Acting as the first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting for attention;
Managing files, documents, and records, both physical and digital;
Typing, compiling and preparing letters, reports, presentations and correspondence;
Organizing meetings, preparing necessary materials, agenda, and follow-up actions;
Liaising and building good contact and relationships with various stakeholders, including clients, business partners, and team members;
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIESTake responsibility and accountability for daily tasks (as delegated by your Manager);
Reminding the Manager/Executive of important tasks and deadlines;
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems;
Attend all relevant training.
JOB REQUIREMENTSCandidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Office Administration;
Minimum 2 years of working experience in a commercial environment with growing levels of responsibility;
Strong integrity, commitment, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality;
Able to work independently with good problem-solving skills, and able to provide solutions to issues that arise;
Excellent writing skills, organization skills, and computer skills.
