### Job Description

Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad (KLK) is seeking a dynamic and energetic Personal Assistant to join our innovative team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful individual with a can-do attitude, capable of managing a variety of tasks with precision and creativity. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive functions, helping to foster productivity and efficiency within our organization.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Administrative Support:**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
- Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up.

- **Project Management:**
- Support project management efforts by tracking progress, setting deadlines, and coordinating team activities.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.

- **Resource Management:**
- Conduct research and compile information to aid decision-making for various projects and initiatives.
- Innovate and suggest improvements to existing processes and procedures for enhanced efficiency.

- **Client and Stakeholder Interaction:**
- Serve as a key point of contact between executives and various stakeholders, demonstrating excellent relationship-building skills.
- Assist in managing client communications and maintaining organized records of client interactions.

- **Data Management:**
- Maintain and organize digital files and documents, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Utilize digital tools and software for data analysis and reporting purposes.

- **Continuous Improvement:**
- Actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas and solutions.
- Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment that nurtures an entrepreneurial spirit within the organization.

### Requirements

- **Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Energetic and positive mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Resourceful and adaptable, with a strong ability to think on your feet.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software.
