As we expand into Malaysia, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resource Specialist/Manager to join our team to drive talent acquisition, enhance employee engagement, and support our growing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative SupportManage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO.Travel CoordinationOrganize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
Ensure all travel plans align with the CEO's schedule and preferences.Project ManagementAssist with planning, coordinating, and tracking key projects and deliverables.
Conduct research and provide briefing materials for meetings and presentations.Stakeholder ManagementLiaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Maintain strong relationships with business partners and clients.Confidentiality and DiscretionHandle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to the CEO and the company.Personal TasksManage personal errands and tasks as needed.
Ensure the CEO's personal and professional obligations are met seamlessly.Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably at the C-suite level.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work outside standard office hours when necessary.
