Job DescriptionLead Generation:
Proactively generate leads through diverse channels, such as outreach, networking events, and referrals, to expand our client base.
Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule appointments with prospective clients to discuss their needs and how our services can meet them.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective members, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring satisfaction with our offerings.
Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing excellent customer service and support.
Assist with resolving customer complaints and issues, escalating to the sales manager when necessary.
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs.
Job RequirementsFluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
