Responsibilities:  Able to conduct medication review upon each admissionCounsel and advise residents on their regiments and health conditions.Coordinate with other health care professional to recommend resident personal care plan.Dispense medications accurately and efficientlyEnsure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate recordsProvide guidance on general healthcare and wellness productsInventory management – assist store stock take, monitor expired/ shortage of products, inventory record vs physical stock and ensure product availability.Establish good rapport with customers Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy Registered with Malaysian Pharmaceutical Board & qualified for License AFresh candidates who have just completed PRP are encouraged to applyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in English, Malay, Mandarin.
