Policy Servicing Analyst (12 Months Contract)

Responsible for Life & Family operational support, business process analysis, processing of service requests as authorised and other responsibilities / duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Qualifications/ExperienceEducation: Degree or Diploma with relevant experience
Experience: Minimum 1 year working experience in the Insurance Industry
Technical SkillsEssential: PC literate and excellent communication skills
Desirable: Knowledge in Life Insurance/Takaful, good communication/inter-personal skills.
Computer and system literate with knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
