About the Role
This role is responsible for designing program content, methods, and implementation processes.
Roles And Responsibilities
End to End Learning Process D&D
Design program content, methods and implementation process
Work with Subject Matter Expert to analyse business needs and develop learning objectives and outcomes
Research on best practices and explore appropriate tools and platforms to produce compelling and engaging learning deliverables that align to Premier Academy and regulatory guidelines
Carry out Train-The-Trainer (TTT) session
Coach RTS on program delivery after TTT
Quality Assurance & Personal Development
Curriculum design & training delivery effectiveness monitoring and review
Evaluation and Feedback compilation
Attend certification programs
Strategic Planning and New Projects
Support the execution of business projects, maintain project documentation and communication
Job Requirements
Degree holder from any field of study
Minimum 3 years of related experience in training or insurance industry
LOMA qualification, certification as facilitator for BAMC, LIMRA/GAMA Agency Management Programs or equivalent will be value added.
Good analytic, presentation, communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
Able to prepare & upkeep training materials by using most common software (e.g.
MS Office suite)
Fast learner, curiosity for knowledge and able to conceptualize ideas
Pleasant personality and presentable
