Job Description: Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings, dedicated for Telekom FTTx FTK and Optical Fiber Cable & ODN distribution to locatal market.Research and manage consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them, and bulid CRM (Client Relationship Management) for both Telekom and other local ES company.Liaising with Product Managers (HQ) to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI's & RFP.Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting marketing goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts based on the balance of stock.Setting timelines for deliverables, monitor and manage the E2E delivery from HQ to client (Configuration, Manufacturing Monitor, Shipment Monitor, Testing and Inspection Management and Delivery Note, etc. ), manage client satisfaction properly.Liaise with the sales team to undertake demand-generating activities such as trade shows or customer workshops.Capable to prepare sales proposals and train other team members from time to time. Requirement: Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the company's products, services, and solutions. Technical Expertise: Knowledge in areas like networking, software development, cloud technologies, databases, and system architecture. Hands-on Experience: Ability to perform product demonstrations, run proofs-of-concept (PoCs), and troubleshoot technical challenges. Scripting/Programming: Familiarity with programming or scripting languages may be needed for customisation or integration tasks.Industry Tools: Familiarity with tools used in the industry.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information in a simple manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. Pre-Sales or Solution Engineering Experience: Previous experience as a pre-sales engineer, solution architect, or in a related technical role. Client Interaction: Proven experience working directly with customers, particularly in client-facing roles that involve technical problem-solving.
