Responsibilities of Printing Supervisor

-Supervising and assisting printing personnel engaged in the production of
printing.

Monitoring and ensure quality meets customer satisfaction.Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel.To monitor the machine output and productivity.Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions.Trains operators on standard procedures for machine set-up, operation,
maintenance, completed job preparation, and work order tracking.

Assist with troubleshooting of any equipment problems or malfunction.Checking the accuracy and viability of the product specification.Improving processes and cost-efficiency.Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing
personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources.
