Job Position: Procurement Associate/ Executive
Responsibilities: Demonstrated ability to assist the team on purchasing and timely delivery of products and services in line with the requirements of the department.Ability to assist on the procurement process from requisition to purchase order, ensuring compliance with company policies.Ability to assist and execute of strategic procurement plans aligned with organizational objectives, emphasizing cost-effectiveness and quality assurance.Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within cross functional team.Experience in an identify, evaluate and maintain the robust relationships with vendors.Demonstrated ability to assist the accurate and timely processing of purchase orders to the vendors.Knowledge of compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement.Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide appropriate solutions.Ability to collaborate with finance, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment of procurement activities with overall company goals.Ability to undertakes any other assignment/s as and when required by the superior.Competencies: Strategic ThinkingTeamwork SkillsCommunication SkillsIntegrityRelationship ManagementQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.With or without experience in procurement.Good in negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Have a knowledge in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.Have a knowledge of procurement best practices and industry standards.Good in analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
