The Buyer will be responsible for but not limited to:Perform materials requirement planning, purchasing, req to settlement and inventory management.Supporting Procurement tasks with managing Purchase Order creation, rescheduling (pull in/push out), expedite shipment, cancellation, and inventory cross site and Risk Buy Purchase for external manufacturing high volumes manufacturing factories.Maintain part set up and Bill of Materials (BOM) accurately in SAP.Perform Supply Demand Analysis based on SAP MRP ensure external manufacturing factories demand requirement are well supported during products start up, ramp, sustaining and EOL while keeping cost in control.Partner with Commodity/Planner/Program Manager to align the external manufacturing factories loading strategy based on materials availability.Manage inventory levels towards target, timely review and disposition of excesses/non-active parts.Collecting PO commit and monitor shipment ensures on time delivery.Other responsibilities include supporting Internal and External Audit activities ensuring department compliance to SOX and Procurement Policies.Lead and manage outsourced suppliers to meet business requirements, deliver high quality results.Ability to utilize Power BI tools to establish relevant Supply Chain Measurement metrics to track Outsourced Supplier performance and supply line health, to avoid reacting to issues and proactively predict risk.The mindset of driving continuous improvement is critical for this role and the individual may be involved in supporting programs that improve the process and systems in how operations run.**Qualifications**10+ years of relevant experience in Procurement, Commodity, Supply Chain, Global Supplier management and experience working in diverse global, cross functional team.Procurement ERP System Knowledge for Direct Raw Materials (SAP highly Desired)Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office (Visual Basic/Excel Macro), MS SQL, Data Analytical skills with ability to gather insights from data that drive decisions and Power BI KnowledgeProfessional Certification (APICS, PMP) and LEAN Six Sigma will be added advantageCommodity knowledge (i.e Memory, PCB, IC, Passives)Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills, collaborative and proactive styleDetail-oriented with organized, high quality workExperience of collaboration, building and strengthening partnerships and supplier relationshipIntelligent in doing Open Source for critical components**Inside this Business Group**As the world's largest chip manufacturer, Intel strives to make every facet of semiconductor manufacturing state-of-the-art - from semiconductor process development and manufacturing, through yield improvement to packaging, final test and optimization, and world class Supply Chain and facilities support.
