About the Role
Reporting to the Procurement Admin Team Lead, the main scope of the role is to support contracts management system and process, serving as the liaison contact between Procurement and Supply Chain.
Work Location:1 Power house - Bandar Utama
Reporting to:Procurement Admin Lead
Fixed Term Contract:6 Months
Key ResponsibilitiesKey contact between buyer and site material planner on Cost/Pricing issues.
Create/maintain contracts in Legacy ERP, i.e., SAP system, ensuring all Pricing information is correct.
Identify and select materials required, select preferred vendor/available contract, and communicate with buyers if no contract is available.
Identify contracts due to expire in the coming period (30/60/90 days) and liaise with responsible Lead/Country Buyer to ensure uninterrupted contract cover.
Resolve Cost/Pricing dispute queries in AP dispute portal.
Qualifications and SkillsDiploma in Business Administration or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in procurement or related fields.
Good hands-on experience in SAP system and Microsoft Excel.#J-18808-Ljbffr
