Job Overview: As a sourcing executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of their promotional campaigns by sourcing high quality suppliers, negotiating cost-effective contracts and managing project timelines efficiently.

You will engage in projects that challenge the conventional boundaries of promotional marketing, redefining what is possible in their industry.

Main Duties/Responsibilities: Assist Senior / sourcing managers in mass sourcing activities to secure the best pricing, quality, and delivery items.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing suppliers.
Obtain competitive quotes and manage the logistics of sample parcels from China to Malaysia, ensuring timely arrivals.
Negotiate terms regarding price, quantity and schedules with suppliers.
Handle sourcing for smaller-value projects independently.
Prepare comparative analysis of supplier quotes and assist in making informed supplier selections.
Stay abreast of market trends and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project success.
Manage multiple projects timelines, ensuring all the stakeholder requirements are met promptly.
Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Management, International Business, Supply Chain or related field Fresh graduates are encourages to apply; minimum 1 year experience preferred Profound understanding of sourcing methodologies and market analysis.
Exceptional negotiation and influence skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive "can do" attitude.
