Product & Industrial Engineer (Pie Packaging)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Handling all the new SKU Packaging design, specifications drawing and packaging process related work instruction.Communicate and work closely with cross-functional teams, including Production, Engineering and Quality Control to implement packaging solutions. Collaborate with China Packaging R & D team, LOB or even customer for new customer inquiries or design / material change.Lead new SKU samples build for customer submission, review and documented all parameters and testing records.Lead second source packaging material evaluation.Initiate ECR/ECN on all new or revised packaging related changes.Maintain the SAP, BOM, Part No and also routing for all SKU. Responsible for process control and continuous improvement on production FPY.Provide training to Production & QC team on new or revised packaging application and process control.
