Production Clerk

We are looking for a candidate to work at our factory based in Senai, Johor:
Responsibilities:Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate production records, including inventory levels and production schedules.
- Input and update data in production management software.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
Coordination:
- Communicate effectively with departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating production runs based on demand.
Documentation:
- Prepare and distribute production reports, work orders, and other relevant documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Support:
- Provide administrative support to the production team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
Qualifications:SPM or diploma or equivalent field.
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred or fresh graduate students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
