Qualifications & experience
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in operations/supply chain management or business administration or equivalent.
Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (required).
Proficient in Mandarin due to the need to deal with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
Minimum one (1) year relevant working experience.
Good team player.
Self-motivated, confident, independent & possess interpersonal skills.
Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
Tasks & responsibilities
Maintain accurate production records, including inventory levels, production schedules, and others.
Liaise with headquarters on sales orders, material planning, and arrangements.
Liaise with production supervisor to ensure smooth running of production.
Report in a timely and periodic fashion to senior management the status and health of production.
Communicate and act as translator to local production workers to ensure work instructions are followed and completed.
Responsible for translation of related production records and procedures.
Any other responsibilities as instructed by superior.
