Our client is a MNC technical ceramic manufacturing company that produces ceramics for medical industry.
They are looking for production executive
They are looking for someone to be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the production process.
This includes Glazing, Material Preparation and Casting.
Job Responsibilities
Plan production for the Casting, Glazing and Material Preparation department in line with the turnover planning.
Coordinate with the production planner to ensure that operations align with the broader production timelines.
Manage the preparation and application schedule and monitor and manage sample runs and pre-production activities to ensure smooth transitions to full-scale production.
Ensure the 5S methodology (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardise, Sustain) is consistently applied as a core operational principle.
Ensure operators strictly adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Communicate, supervise, and follow up with all the casting assistant supervisors to ensure production targets are achieved.
Keeping the HOD, production manager, and production planner informed about daily performance within the section.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the manufacturing field.
