Production Planner

Job Descriptions Schedule and coordinate the flow of materials between production stages in producing Ichor products for specific planner groupsReviews production schedules to anticipate required materials, equipment and suppliesManage WIP variances at the work order level and work with manufacturing production and stores to ensure timely and accurate material managementPromptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production.Manage change activity to WIP jobs at the work order levelProvide input to management and coordinate between departmentsEffecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner.Coordinating production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability.Work independently with moderate supervision Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business management, or related field is preferred.Minimum 2 years of proven experience working as a production planner.Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.Sound knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) and related software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Effective communication skills.
