Ensuring production follows safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
Inspecting production outputs according to company specifications.
Identifying and troubleshooting production output issues; leading to resolve inter-departmental conflict.
Resolving personnel problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and driving actions to achieve excellent results.
Creating production performance and progress reports for management.
Enforcing Environment-Safety-and Health (ESH), company, industry, and government regulations.
