Production Supervisor (Stamping Machine) | 1 Year Experience

Requirements:- Supervisory experience preferred - Min 1 year of experience maintaining mold / stamping machine equipment.

- Must have expertise in one trade, proficiency in others, and the willingness to learn additional

- Mechanical aptitude and previous experience troubleshooting machinery required

- Willing to assist company by working OT during peak seasons

- Good attendance and good discipline

- Possess own transport

- Able to work under shift rotationResponsibilities:- Ultimately responsible for the day-to-day departmental operations.

- Support and monitor production activity to ensure operators are following standard work instructions and are meeting quality specifications

- Conduct or directs training of new employees in machine operation

- Setting preparation at machine

- Troubleshoot mold / stamping machine failures and repairing perform service and maintenance

- To ensure maintain quality standard and cycle time of product

- Review production schedules and work orders and assigns duties to workers according to order priorities

- To ensure product packing as per customer's requirement

- To monitor and ensure 5s concepts in daily practice
