Job Responsibilities Lead staff to produce manufactured products, and organizes and monitors workflow Accomplishes manufacturing results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising job results Assist production manager to trains operators Maintains workflow by monitoring and upgrading processes Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, resolving problems, and reporting of the processing flow on shift production summaries Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing production standards Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs and evaluating new equipment and techniques Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all equipment, and resources, and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures Location & commitments Full-time 08:00AM – 18:00PM Taman Teknologi Johor, Senai Johor Malaysia Willing to work Overtime, long hours, shift and weekend Open to Malaysian Citizen only Candidate Requirements Graduate with a technical certificate or diploma in engineering or an industry-related field Gain 3-4 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing, production operation and advantage to individual have experience in Sheet Metal industry Experience in drive forklift and reach truck Experience with process knowledge People management and leadership skills Must possess good communication skills – written & verbal Must be able to use Microsoft office software (word, excel, outlook and etc) Team player and must be able to work with operators, managers, engineers, etc You will join an innovative company that leads the industry where you can develop your professional career.
