What we're looking for:
At least 3 years of experience as a production technician or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
Technical understanding of production equipment, machinery, and maintenance practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
