We are seeking an experiencedPMO Schedulerto oversee and coordinate project schedules, ensuring efficient, timely execution.
You'll play a critical role in supporting project managers and teams by maintaining timelines, monitoring resources, and adjusting project schedules to optimize delivery.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional skilled in scheduling, delay analysis, and resource management.Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and review comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6.
Manage detailed schedules, ensuring accuracy across projects, contractors, and vendors.
Conduct Earned Value Analysis and risk assessments; provide insights and recommendations.
Develop tender schedules, project baseline schedules, and ongoing project reports.
Track productivity, update schedules, and manage delay analysis and EOT claims.
Work closely with project managers to ensure projects meet deadlines and remain within budget.
Maintain stakeholder communication, keeping them informed on progress, deadlines, and adjustments.Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:Proven experience with ME&I construction schedules and Primavera P6.
Desirable:PMI, PMP, or PMBOK certification.
