Project Engineer (Manufacturing Background)

Project Engineer (Manufacturing background)Manage sample and follow up to mass production.
Responsible to follow up New Project Testing of Plastic Injection and secondary process.
Responsible to develop process line layout and documents preparation.
Ability to operate manufacturing system as BOM / Process Flow / FMEA / WI etc.
Work with Tool Maker, QA and customer for testing feedback and Quality / Dimension discussion.
Ensure product meeting as per customer requirement spec and working with QA Team for part approval process (PPAP).
Execution of projects as well as coordination with clients & internal customers to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
Continue improvement for production process cycle time and yield rate study.
Requirements:
Malaysian with Certificate / Diploma/Degree in Polymer / Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering field.
Minimum 2years' working experience in"Plastic/Rubber"manufacturing.
Working experience in Secondary Processes (Spray/Printing) will have added advantages.
Possess good interpersonal and communications skills.
Self-driven, aggressive, dynamic, innovative and result-oriented team player.
Conversant in various computer software applications like AutoCAD.
Willingness to perform long hours if needed.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Candidate with secondary education but possess similar working experience are encouraged to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
