What you will be doing…
Assists in handling affairs for the Hong Kong company and developing the Malaysia market.
Provide general administrative and clerical support for the company's operations, including preparing reports and documents.
Handle documents and assist relevant departments to ensure accurate submission of documents.
Responsible for general filing work, ensuring the accuracy of data, including company documents, files, records, and databases.
Coordinate with HK & Taiwan team to ensure efficient business operations.
Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
How to be one of us?
Bachelor's degree required.
0-2 years of experience in a sales/customer service/project management role.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese is a must.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are key to having success in the role.
Self-motivated, proactive, and a can-do attitude is a must.
