Project Executive / Manager

Responsibilities:• Monitoring projects planning and scheduling for interior design, tendering, interior fit-outcoordination.• Liaise with clients on keeping track & control schedules of cost, time and quality.• Liaise with subcontractors for follow-up of drawings, submission, completion letter, deliveryprocess, etc.• Perform & monitor budgeting and expenditure control management.• Familiar with building contractual terms and laws and regulations in Malaysia.• Manage site operation, coordination & safety meeting.Requirement• Diploma or Degree qualification from a recognized institution.• Relevant working experience in Renovation, Project management and coordination at lease1-3 years above for Executive, 5-10 years above for Project Manager.• Knowledge of Architectural / Interior Designer drawings.• Possess good interpersonal communication and analytical skills with people at all levels.• Able to work on multiple projects within a simultaneous timeline and meet deadline.• Willing to work at night and weekend due to project nature, if required.Salary details:• RM4,000 – 8,000 (Based on experience)• KPI Allowance (Up to RM500 Sub Specialization : Others;Any Type of Employment : Permanent Minimum Experience : 1 Year Work Location : Kuala Lumpur If you encounter difficulties, please click here for technical assistance.
