Project Lead – Hr Digitalisation

Key Responsibilities:
Active involvement in all activities in the digital transformation of Human Resource Information Systems.
Develop comprehensive deployment project plan (dpp) and ensure completion of dpp within designated timeframe.
Manage system project by reviewing the User Requirement Document, coordinating system reviews between vendor and internal users as well as compilation of documents to derive the selection process.
Lead the coordination and compilation of User Acceptance Test (UAT).
Requirements:
A recognised Degree with at least 5 years of related working experience in project implementation preferably in the digitalisation of Human Resource Applications.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Possess strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Ability to work well independently and collaboratively as a member of the team.
Well-versed with Malaysian labour laws.
Possess strong interpersonal, problem solving and time management skills
Good writing skills and well-versed with Microsoft Office.#J-18808-Ljbffr
