Responsibilities:Manage the project team in preparing schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
Manage project progress, costing to ensure it meets contractual obligation to clients within budget.
Work with engineering and QA/QC to ensure compliance to applicable codes, practices, quality standard and specifications.
Interact with the clients to ensure their needs and requirements are taken up positively and objectively.
Work closely with procurement department to ensure sub-vendor supplies meet the project schedule.
Responsible for the project's success (scope, budget, time, quality, delivery).
Setup appropriate project team structure.
Continuously evaluate and track project risks with respect to the defined parameters.
Proactively manage deviations, potential concerns, escalations, and changes from internal and external parties.
Requirements:
Degree in any related Engineering field.
At least 5 years working experience in project management, preferably in Oil and Gas Industries.
Organized, meticulous and self-disciplined.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients at an international level.
Exposure in engineering, QC, inspection, or field work will be an added advantage.
Exposure to process equipment and packages with experience in multi-discipline and equipment such as pump, valve, instrument, and E&I scope etc.

Experience in complete project execution cycle from kick-off meeting, engineering, documentation, procurement, production and fabrication, FAT and SAT.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
