Property Legal Admin, Senior Executive

Responsibilities:Review and negotiate tenancy agreements (TA) for new and existing stores directly with Landlords or Landlords' solicitors.
Collaborate with the legal team and external solicitors to handle legal disputes and cases.
Review and finalize the TA summaries, verifying all LO & TA clauses and terms prior to management approval and signature.
Draft and issue ad-hoc letters as required based on situational needs.
Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Law or related field (preferable).
Strong knowledge of tenancy laws, legal documentation and negotiation processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with Landlords and solicitors.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for reviewing legal documents.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
Able to travel within Klang Valley (as and when required).
