Property Management Assistant

Job Summary Reporting to Property Manager, the Property Management Assistant is required to provide administrative and operational support.
This role includes building maintenance and servicing, collection and monitoring of rental/maintenance fees, in respect of the Warehousing Complex.
Requirements SPM or Diploma in Property Management, Business Management or its equivalent Minimum 2 years working experience in property management or related field Good communication and customer skills Proficiency in MS Words and MS Excel Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia Willing to perform hands-on operation/technical works Possess own transport Those without the required academic qualification but who is familiar with the players in freight forwarding industry and with extensive experience in same field would be an added advantage
