Property Management Assistant

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma or equivalent.Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa MalaysiaFresh-graduates are welcomed to apply.Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Excel Good organizational and communication skills.Hardworking, willing to learn and self-motivated.Must possess own transport, willing to travel in meeting tenants/customers as required.Full-Time Position Available.Able to start immediately or within a short notice period. SCOPE: To create appointments to meet, present and negotiate with potential tenants by screening tenant's profile and long-term lease agreement.To continuously develop the leasing department with securing of appropriate tenants for vacant property.To provide a good customer service and consistent follow up with tenants.Handle complaints, eviction and enquiries from owners/residents in a professional manner.Conducting routine inspection, Task allocation and maintenance management like monthly cleaning, weekly checking problem of unit (fixing work) and immediately carry out and supervising the property maintenance and repairs.Records, Remind and tracking rental of the tenant.
