Job Description:
1)Source, select, and negotiate the best purchase package from local and overseas vendors and subcontractors in terms of quality, price, delivery, and services.
2)Control and monitor all purchased items for new projects to ensure that targeted timelines are met.
3)Issue purchase orders (PO) to vendors and monitor delivery to ensure material availability for the planned production schedule.
4)Prepare and analyze vendor performance regarding on-time delivery, quality compliance, cost-effectiveness, and services; provide periodic vendor performance reports.
5)Monitor vendor management and required documentation such as NDAs, Purchase Agreements, and Approved Vendor Lists (AVL).
6)Review stock purchases by monitoring market conditions, current stock levels, manufacturing lead times, potential price increases, anticipated new orders from customers, and vendor conditions.
7)Ensure all purchases comply with the company's Procurement Policy, including proper documentation and processes, while meeting company system requirements. Uphold the company's Code of Ethical Business Conduct.
8)Perform any other tasks assigned by management as needed.
Requirements:
1)Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Purchasing/Supply Chain.
2)Candidates with experience in the Electrical & Electronics, PCBA, Injection Molding, Metal Stamping, or Die Casting industries are preferred.
3)Proficient in Microsoft Office, MRP systems, and Outlook, with strong communication skills, material tracking skills, and knowledge of purchasing operations.
4)Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities; capable of evaluating, prioritizing, and solving various tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion.
5)Ability to communicate effectively in both Chinese and English, verbally and in writing, with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
6)Strong teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with team members and vendors.
7)Solid understanding of supply chain and purchasing principles, with knowledge of logistics and financial principles related to procurement.
