Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
As aPurchasing Officer , you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process andmanaging the acquisition of goods and servicesfor the company. This role involvesidentifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet organizational needs . You will collaborate with various departments to understand their requirements and develop effective procurement strategies. The ideal candidate will havestrong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:Search available products/suppliers tofind the best combination of quality, price, and delivery .
Develop purchasing strategies and identify buying trends to keep the business profitable.
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
Negotiate terms of pricing/agreement .
Review and evaluate the performance of the suppliers.
Follow up onorder delivery status and ensure on-time delivery .
Backup purchaser when necessary.
Carry out all necessary purchasing activities.
Any tasks assigned by Superior from time to time.
What We Are Looking For:You haveproven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management .
You possessstrong negotiation and effective communication skills .
You have a minimum2 years' experience in related fields .
You areable to understand and communicate well with Mandarin-speaking customers .
You havegreat time management skills in multi-taskingandmanaging additional projects .
You are afast learner ,independent worker , and ajoyful team member .
