Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and managing suppliers for food ingredients, packaging, cleaning supplies, and restaurant equipment.
Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor and assess supplier performance to ensure timely deliveries and product quality.
Assist with supplier audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Inventory & Purchase Order Management:Manage the optimal inventory levels for both warehouse and restaurant.
Track product usage trends and forecast future needs in collaboration with the operations team.
Conduct regular inventory checks, record and report discrepancies, and ensure proper documentation.
Ensure all the PO performed GR in system.Cost Control & Budgeting:Support the development and implementation of cost-saving initiatives across all purchased items.
Assist in managing the department's budget, reviewing purchase trends, and recommending cost-effective solutions.
Monitor product pricing trends and communicate with suppliers to ensure competitive rates.Work closely with the stakeholder for all the New Product Development and Limited Time Offer Product stocks deliver to restaurant on time.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure proper invoicing and payments to vendors.
Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to orders, deliveries, or quality.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, ideally in the food service or fast-food industry.
Proven track record of negotiating with suppliers and managing inventory in a high-volume environment.
