Purchasing Executive

Responsibilities:
Handle full set of the purchasing process (Sourcing, RFQ, negotiation, shipping and follow up on deliveries).Review and purchase materials, components and equipment.Review and expedite with vendor on shortage materials.Coordinate with supply chain planning and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials/ components in order to meet the production schedule.Responsible for inventory management review and execute stocking rules preset by management periodically.Liaising with logistics company for shipment arrangement, shipment status and custom declaration.Managing suppliers to meet objectives in the area of quality, delivery fulfillment and inventory control.Processing of documentation on purchasing activities (vendor code set up, matching and submission of PO/DN/invoice to Finance).Fully take charge in LMW and compliance.Other job responsibilities and tasks will be assigned by superior from time to time.Job Requirement:
Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience/relevant industriesSkill in Microsoft Office & AutocountIndependent and proactiveRequired language(s): English and Mandarin (in order to converse with Mandarin speaking logistics companies for shipment arrangement, and shipment status)
