Responsibilities:
In charge of daily operational purchasing.
Resolve supply, quantity, service and invoicing issues with vendors.
Issue and follow up on Purchasing Order (PO) delivery schedule.
Update records for machinery rental & etc.
Manage transportation, coordinate between site & transporter, ensure goods are delivered to site on a timely basis.
Ensure proper management of procurement department operations in the absence of the Head of Department.
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree/Professional certificate in any fields.
Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in the related field.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Knowledge in Autocount system & working in construction field is an added advantage.
Pleasant personality, hardworking, able to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office operation, Excel & Outlook.
