Purchasing Executive

Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Responsible to source/evaluate supplier/vendor's quotation, negotiate & purchase materials.
Follow up and ensure timely delivery from suppliers to save inventory costs and avoid costly delays.
Ensure purchases are made at competitive prices and continuously seek cost reductions by comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers.
Initiate materials planning stages of projects together with the project team.
Closely monitor materials delivery schedules to smoothen construction work progress and ensure quality compliance with specifications.
Ensure proper documentation and filing system of correspondences.
Any other duties assigned by management.
