Purchasing Executive

Job Description:- Develop and maintain good relationship with supplier and internal stakeholders.- Responsible in raw material and semi-finished parts purchases.- Developing suitable product plan proposal and price assortment strategy that delivers profit to the company.- Negotiating cost prices, orders, delivery method, shipping and payment terms with local and overseas suppliers.- Maintain Purchase Orders and Ensure on-time and accurate submission of orders to suppliers.- Responsible to obtain the approval from the authorized signatories for every purchase.- To identify cost saving areas and improve credit facilities with supplier.- Familiar with importation of products, local customs and MITI requirements.- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by superior.Job Requirements:- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
