Purchasing Executive

Position : Purchasing Executive Salary    : RM2,000 - RM3,500 JWA Design & Build, YLY Plaza, Jalan Tuaran Bypass, 88400 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.Working Hours : 8am-5pm (Monday to Friday)Job Description: Research potential vendorsCompare and evaluate offers from suppliersNegotiate contract terms of agreement and pricingTrack orders and ensure timely deliveryReview the quality of purchased productsEnter order details into internal databasesMaintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoicesPrepare reports on purchases, including cost analysesMonitor stock levels and place orders as neededCoordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storageRequirements: Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent, or similar role from Construction/QS backgroundGood knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)2-3 years experienceCan read & speak in ChineseOwn Transportation
