Purchasing Executive (Kulai, Johor)

RESPONSIBILITIES To perform purchasing of materials and tools from appointed suppliers needed for quarry and issuing of Purchase Requisition for purchase;Prepare invoice/packing list for declaration;Ensure that all shipments into Indonesia are properly declared;Maintain proper filing of all records and documents at all times;To continuously pursue with quarry site supervisor for all outstanding repairs;Ensure that all repair and parts requisitions issued by quarry are dealt with as soon as possible in order to minimise down time;Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior/management deem fit. REQUIREMENTS Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline.Entry level are welcome to apply.Possess positive learning and working attitude.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Working location at Kulai, Johor.Candidates who can start immediately or on short notice will be preferred.
