Purchasing Executive (Pasir Gudang)

We are seeking a Purchasing Executive responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring efficient supplier relationships, and securing the best prices and quality for goods and services.
Key Responsibilities: Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and compliance.Negotiation: Secure favorable pricing and terms with suppliers in line with company budgets.Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and make purchasing decisions to maintain optimal inventory.Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and supply chain issues to inform purchasing decisions.Reporting: Track and analyze spending, supplier performance, and inventory data.Compliance: Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a similar industry.Strong negotiation and supplier and inventory management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.Ability to work independently and in a team.
