Responsibilities of Logistic Assistant:
To liaise with forwarder for shipment booking & container delivery.To update superior for shipment schedule.To do daily arrangement with Warehouse Department (Receiving & Finished Goods) for raw material unloading and loading of finished goods. To do close and frequent follow up with HQ Logistic Department for shipment arrangement.To verify/ratify the forwarder invoice against internal records.Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management.Responsibilities of Purchasing Assistant:
Vendor Communication: Maintaining relationships with scrap suppliers, negotiating prices, and discussing terms and conditions of scrap material purchases.Market Research: Staying informed about market trends, scrap material prices, and availability to make informed purchasing decisions.Quality Control: Ensuring that the purchased scrap materials meet quality standards and specifications required for the recycling or manufacturing process.Documentation: Maintaining records of transactions, purchase orders, invoices, and other relevant paperwork.Maintenance of procurement database including supplier and market data and evaluation result of potential source.Responsibilities of Financial Assistant (Cost accounting):
Assistant to Handle Bank Reconciliation and full set of Accounts including Inventory, AR and AP.Ability to meet account deadlines.Help to prepare monthly financial reports such P&L, Cash Flow & etc.To help monitor all costing and inventory related operation matters, including preparation of inventory reports, cost analysis, stock count.Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by Department Manager/Director Requirements: Preferable candidate with relevant experience or major in related course.Skills: Basic computer knowledge Excel, Words, including WhatsApp, WeChat.Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, EnglishWorking Day: 8:00am - 17:00pm, Monday – FridayFresh graduate is encouraged to apply!
